Entity Real Estate is a student accomodation solutions provider focusing on ensuring that the gap in supply and demand of student accomodation is reduced, if not closed. The Management team of Entity Real Estate is a group of young former students who understand the student life as well as seasoned property practitioners with more than 25 years of real estate management.
We believe that students should be housed in properties that are central and close to their campuses hence our selection of properties and locations.
The transport to campus is provided inhouse throughout the day and for exam season, the transport hours are extended to accomodate students who wish to study at the campus library.
We offer access to accomodation all year round, the students who cannot travel home for holidays are given an opportunity to volunteer for work and thus not charged for stay outside the academic calendar.
We repurpose real estate by converting properties into vibrant student villages designed to empower student life - not just provide a roof.

Thanks to the support of our group CSI program, Entity Real Estate is able to support students with holiday housing, work-for-stay volunteering and internship opportunities in the Entity Group businesses.
